Artwork Sales
All artworks for sale on this website are made by Marie Smith.
The materials used and dimensions are as stated.
Edition numbers will be stated on your receipt of sale. Certificates of Authenticity will be issued with your signed receipt.
Out of stock sculptures are made to order subject to the edition availability. A deposit must be paid before processing. Please contact Marie Smith for details on this and an estimated processing / delivery time.
Installation costs are not included in the price.
All artworks for sale on this website are individually handcrafted so there may be a slight variation in colour from the images on the website. Please contact Marie Smith if you have any questions about this.
Payments
Prices are in Euros, inclusive of VAT. Purchases on this website are made by Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal or Stripe. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal and Stripe accept all major debit and credit cards.
Payment plans are available on arrangement with Marie Smith.
Artworks remain the property of Marie Smith and will not be shipped until full payment has been made / funds have cleared.
Shipping
On receipt of payment, in stock orders will be shipped within 7 working days. If the item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately. If an artwork is available on backorder Marie Smith will provide an estimated processing and delivery time.
Fragile items will be marked - Studio Collection Only. These items will not be shipped and collection is from Marie Smith's studio in Cavan.
Shipping charges are as stated at check-out.
Returns
If you decide to return an artwork, please contact Marie Smith within 14 days of purchase. Artworks must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging with all enclosed documentation. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and returns must be made within 30 days.
If the artwork is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment upon receipt of the returned artwork.
Artworks which have been commissioned or are personalised cannot be returned. This will be clearly stated when contracts are issued.

Any use of this website or its contents, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this Website for any purpose. Reproduction strictly by permission only.
